Services and Fees: We offer a Senior/Student/Child discount of $10 on most services *

Initial Assessment: $140
Initial Assessent – Infant **: $110

Plan of Care Consultation – with self-care guidelines report: $50

Regular Chiropractic Session: $58

Extended Chiropractic Session – 90 minutes – with self-care guidelines report: $240

New Complaint (minor) assessment: $40
Reassessment (significant change in health or gap in care of more than 6 months): $50
Progress Assessment (after a period of frequent care): $50

Custom Orthotics: $499

Out-of-Hours Surcharge: $50
Out-of-Office Surcharge: $90, or more with distance considerations
Letters / Certificates / Forms: $30, or more with complexity considerations
Last-minute Cancellation / Missed Appt. $ fee equal to service scheduled

Payment Policies:

Fees are due when services are rendered, and the client is responsible for payment. The clinic does not provide insurance direct billing service. Receipts are provided for the client to submit to their insurance provider directly. Credit card and debit payments are processed by Stripe in Vancourver BC

There are three methods by which you can pay for services:

  • Payment in-office at each visit. We accept Interac Debit, Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Amex, Apple Pay and Cash. Debit payments are preferred.
  • Payment with a saved credit card on file. With your next in-office transaction you can consent to having your encrypted credit card information saved for future sessions. After each session we will post your payment with your credit card on file and email you the receipt.
  • Prepayment plan, paid in-office only. Prepay for 10 regular Chiropractic Sessions, attend all ten sessions, then get one regular Chiropractic session free (please ask for details and conditions)
  • Credit card payments are processed in Vancouver, Canada.
  • Credit card information is encrypted. When you enter and save your credit card information into JANE, our booking program, your card information is instantly transferred to a payment processing partner through encrypted transfer. JANE does not store plain credit card data on its servers. Instead, a token is created to reference the card information, which is securely stored by PCI-compliant payment partners. These partners use 128-bit encryption, similar to that used by major banks, to protect the data. JANE only retains the last four digits and expiration date for our reference. We do not store your card information in our payment terminal, nor our office computer, nor in the JANE program itself.
  • All fees are the client’s responsibility. Those clients with Extended Health Care Insurance typically have coverage for chiropractic care and for custom orthotics. Please check your policy for benefit amounts, and claim requirements.
  • We do not direct bill for clients with auto insurance-covered injuries. We recommend that you receive all your accident-related care at the rehab clinic recommended by your insurance claims adjuster.
  • We do not direct bill for clients with WSIB-covered injuries. We recommend that you ask your WSIB claims adjuster for a clinic recommendation.
  • Please be considerate and notify us if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time. If you miss an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice a fee may be billed to your account, as another client was not offered the opportunity to take that appointment time.
