Instruction in a series of exercises for integrating body-breath-mind. The exercises use the elements of touch, gentle breath, movement, focused attention and verbalization. The goal is greater self-awareness of your body’s rhythms, tension patterns and inner wisdom. These exercises are based on the 12 Stages of Healing developed by Dr. Donald Epstein, outlined in his book of the same name.
